ICJ Rules: 6-102 assisted with how to return the youth and 7-106 assisted and educated our staff to not have returned youth with any personal belongings, weapons, etc.
Following the rule for absconders helped keep everything as organized as possible.
It gave us and the transport staff in the returning state a guide and what to do in this return.
